Selene 6033 Sea Trial

Congratulations to Jet-Tern Marine for the successful sea trial of Selene-6033 on July,28th. American owners came for the final inspection together with the Selene Florida dealer, Kevin Frawley, and Brad Pilz, JTM's National Service Manager.

This is the first new generation Selene that bear the nominal number "60", it come from the original Selene-59 but with the Deep Hull, Cruiser Stern and propeller pocket design that make her a new Selene-60'.

The 3 day's sea trial was held at the Huang-Yang River that nearby the Zhu-Hai shipyard for the purpose of assuring the performance and stability of the yacht. Brad, Kevin and JTM's QC Team tested the boat thoroughly.

They checked the speed, vibration, noise, get home engine, hydraulic bow& stern thrust and other electric system, including inverter, Steelhead dinghy davit, windlass, horn and wipers. QC team also paid a lot of attention on the details of interior wood work as well as the varnish.

I want to say I am very happy with this sea trial, the speed is good, I would like to express my satisfaction  with their new yacht and can't wait to cruise the US East Coast and Catibbean." said Florida dealer, Kevin Frawley. "All the systems run very well, we tested the stabilizer, Wesmar APU and others by expertise." said from Brad Pilz.

The result is successful and the customer is satisfied with the boat ,even thought there are still are minor issues need to be improved and adjusted.

The boat is planned to be shipped to Florida for the 2009 Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show.

We believe Selene-6033 will absolutely be a beautiful show boat, and will be a winner of the show!
