Production of the new Apollo line of offshore pleasure cats is well underway with the first Apollo 63 completed and the second being constructed.
The concept behind the design, developed by Monaco-based Frenchman Stphane Poughon, whose nautical background includes sailing at top level in the America's Cup, Round the World Race and Single-handed transatlantic, was to build on all advances in catamaran design, from fast ferries, research vessels and round-the-world sailing cats to formula race boats, and produce a pleasure craft benefitting from stability, performance, but most of all, exceptional living space C a real home from home; 'a marine villa.'
