Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show – Selene 45’ 2011 – ‘Alter Ego’

Selene Ocean Trawlers will be on display at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show held from October 27th to 31st, 2011. The 2011 Selene 45', "Alter Ego", will be present at the show on B dock of Bahia Mar. This Selene 45’ is highlighted by some custom features that really make it stand out from past builds. Some of those custom features are a wide body fly bridge with built in bureau for a BBQ grill and icemaker, and a large fly bridge settee. In addition to those custom features, these owners chose other factory installed options, such as Sidepower bow and stern thrusters, a Wesmar hydraulic get home system, Wesmar 7.5’s.f. stabilizers and an upgraded Northern Lights 20kW Generator. ‘Alter Ego’ has a fuel capacity of 800 gallons and is powered by a single Cummins QSB5.9 common rail engine. In addition to these factory installed options, the owners of ‘Alter Ego’ installed an extensive electronics package featuring multiple redundant navigation systems, two radars, two autopilots, a Maretron monitoring and security system, forward looking sonar, FLIR night vision system, and M5 SAT TV system. This owner’s vision for his perfect boat has developed into this Selene 45’ named “Alter Ego” and will fulfill a dream that he and his wife have shared for a long time.
